Titan, Lofty and Meg are back in the Macleay Valley with us here near Sherwood.  We’re getting into the business end of the preparations now.  Esther’s back in the saddle after having two weeks recovering from a knee dislocation.  She’s going well and her knee’s feeling stronger every day. The horses fitness levels are excellent as they clock up the miles around the Macleay.

Our preparations at the moment include getting modifications done to the truck to enable us to carry all the feed and water and gear needed. Preparing posters and information packs to post out to over 100 schools en route – my hope is to have at least 60 schools booked in by mid April.  Our itinerary is almost finalised and can be viewed via link on top right of this web page.
